Unfortunately, accidents do happen and when they do,you`ll want to know that your car is in the best possible hands. If you are involved in an accident, it can be very distressing and hugely time consuming to resolve.

Our accident management services would like to provide you, our valued customer, with a specialist complete service that will ensure you will be back on the road with the minimum of inconvenience. Our team can arrange a replacement vehicle, the repair of your vehicle, plus act on your behalf in pursuing reimbursement from a third party insurer. 

In the event of an accident or emergency, through our partnership with Bristol & London, we are at the end of the telephone and able to provide you with immediate assistance wherever you are in the UK.

Replacement vehicle: If you are the innocent party in the accident, you are entitled by law not to be disadvantaged as a result. As the driver of a prestige vehicle, you have the right to expect the use of a similiar make and model whilst your own vehicle is undergoing repairs. We will also manage the delivery and collection of your vehicle at commencement and completion of your repair.   

Your rights: It is entirely your choice by law to have your car repaired wherever you wish

We will:

• Ensure your warranty is not invalidated.
• Ensure all work is undertaken by an approved repairer though our dedicated bodyshop.
• Ensure all work is guaranteed, using genuine approved replacement parts.
• Preserve the value of our vehicle
